Fatto Pizza & Beer launching in King's Cross

Brighton's Fatto a Mano will open Fatto Pizza & Beer in King's Cross this June, serving Neapolitan pizzas alongside craft beers from small independent breweries in the UK and Italy.

Having established the brand in the seaside destination of Brighton and Hove, also becoming a firm favourite at BoxPark Croydon and BoxPark Shoreditch, Fatto a Mano is now rooting permanent foundations in the capital.

Menu highlights include the classic margherita, diavola and the Neapolitan favourite, salsiccia e friarielli, with a range of toppings available and a monthly pizza special. Vegan pizzas include Fatto a Mano's homemade tomato and olive 'nduja.

All dough is made fresh daily and proved for at least 24 hours. Ingredients are selected from a handful of suppliers, including the Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, sourced from a family-run business in Campania.

Craft beers on tap include Fatto Bionda Pilsner, brewed by Cornwall's Harbour Brewing Co.; Joosy Hazy Pale from fellow Brighton ians, UnBarred; and KBirr's #cuoredinapoli APA.

Brand founder Rupert Davidson comments: "Fatto Pizza & Beer matches the best of pizza and independent craft beer, keeping it simple with a short menu. Pizzerias in Naples jave served pizza and beer as the perfect combination for over half a century – we can't wait to bring our take on this to King's Cross."
