Café Biltmore opens summer terrace

Café Biltmore Restaurant & Terrace by Jason Atherton – located within the luxury hotel, The Biltmore Mayfair – has completed the summer makeover of its outdoor dining space.

Launched just yesterday (12 May), the Mediterranean summer terrace has a black and white mosaic floor inspired by the renaissance period, leafy foliage and a bespoke terrace cocktail bar.

Guests of Café Biltmore's brunches can enjoy bottomless Italicus Spritz cocktails paired with light dishes such as the chickpea fritta; fennel and herb salad with pomegranate, hummus and pistachio; corriander and yoghurt dip with feta and vegetable salad; Green Thai curry with mussels and coconut; pak choi salad and brown rice; and wild garlic risotto with braised morels and aged parmesan.

Diners can also enjoy the beats of the Med with a live DJ programme set to run throughout summer on Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 6pm to 10pm, and live music continues al fresco at the Saturday and Sunday brunch (11am–5pm) as it moves outside.
