Rudy's announces return of Bake At Home

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana – owner and operator of 19 pizzerias across the UK, predominantly in the North West and Midlands – has announced the return of its bake at home pizzas.

Hand-made by Rudy’s Pizzaioli using the same fresh double-fermented dough and Neapolitan ingredients as used in their pizzerias, the Bake At Home kits are now available for nationwide delivery.

Menu
highlights include its signature Calabrese with spicy ‘nduja sausage; the classic Margherita; the meaty Carni with salame finocchiona, salame picante and wild boar salame, and the ever-popular Portobello.

Customers simply need to follow the instructions on the packaging, pre-heating their ovens to 220°C/430°F, drizzling a little olive oil, popping their pizzas in the oven and baking for seven minutes.

Order slots are available with deliveries on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Neal Bates, MD of Rudy’s, comments: "During lockdown, our Bake At Home pizza range was incredibly popular, and we were so grateful to our friends across the country who supported us. Bake at home was rested while we reopened our pizzerias.

"Since then, we have been regularly asked when the Bake At Home pizzas would be available again, so recently we have built our Rudy’s Home Delivery Kitchen in our Portland Street Manchester pizzeria’."
