Chit 'n' Chaat to open Trafford Centre restaurant
Indian street food concept Chit 'n' Chaat will launch a 2,000 sq ft restaurant at the Trafford Centre this autumn.
Originating from a vision to bring Indian flavours to new markets, the new location advances the brand's expansion to the north. A brand born and bred in Manchester, the launch will mark the group's fourth outpost in the city.
To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will have live Bollywood entertainment, with guests invited to sample a variety of dishes throughout the day, also enjoying 25% off their bills.
Adding to the centre's varied range of dining options, Chit 'n' Chaat will form part of the venue's new-look dining area in the Upper Orient. The space, which was once referred to as Chinatown, will be vibrant and visually appealing, home to some of Manchester's most-loved and up-and-coming brands.
Sagar Modha, co-founder of Chit 'n' Chaat, comments: "Strafford Centre is a dream location for our brand. After nearly two years of planning, we are proud to achieve this milestone and look forward to welcoming customers. Our vision has always been to bring the vibrant flavours of Indian street food to new markets, and Trafford Centre provides the ideal platform to do just that. We're eager to share our culinary heritage with our customers and look forward to the exciting journey ahead."
