Gaucho launches 'Cocktails and Steaks with Mates'

An Argentine restaurant brand has unveiled its latest dining experience, 'Cocktails and Steaks with Mates', designed to bring friends and families together for a Friday night feast. 

Gaucho's specially curated sharing menu is paired with signature cocktails, starting on 30 August and available every Friday from 5pm thereafter.

The experience kicks off the moment guests walk through the door, choosing between a refreshing Kiwi Gimlet or the Yerba Maté Jasmine Fizz. 

Diners will then move on to starters, where they can select from salmon tacos, mini empanadas or the beetroot and smashed avocado tostada. Each starter has been designed to pair with a choice of either a Margarita with Chimichurri Salt or the Malbec El Chueco. 

Main course options feature a sharing board of three cuts of steak – including Gaucho's Churrasco Cuadril, as well as Chorizo and Ancho. The premium cuts are served with bottomless chips and Gaucho's signature chimichurri sauce. 

The menu, priced at £65, finishes with the Alfajores cocktail – a dessert in a glass inspired by the classic Argentine confection.
