Burger & Beyond teams up with Laurent Dagenais

London-based burger brand Burger & Beyond has partnered with chef, best-selling author and social media star Laurent Dagenais for a month-long menu collaboration, available across all sites.

The partnership, which is Dagenais' first with a UK restaurant, has seen the Canadian work on an exclusive menu with the Burger & Beyond chef team, offered across the estate until 30 September. 

Dishes include a 45-day aged steak tartare tostada, pineapple and chilli butter fried chicken burger with salsa verde hot sauce, and a clotted cream ice cream dessert topped with Dagenais' own olive oil and Maldon Sea Salt.
