Adam Byatt to open brasserie concept at Fulham Pier

Chef Adam Byatt will launch Brasserie Constance at Fulham Pier in Spring 2025.

Located on the first floor of Fulham Pier, Brasserie Constance will offer a modern British brasserie experience via an à la carte menu and a set lunch. Rooted in Fulham’s history, the restaurant is inspired by its namesake, Constance Spry. Regarded for her ground-breaking floristry and ceramic collaboration with the historic Fulham Pottery, floral motifs and bespoke, handmade ceramics will be present throughout the space.

Flo, a riverside cocktail bar with a dedicated small plate menu and an extensive drinks programme, will open alongside the restaurant. Its wine list will feature over 200 selections, developed by the sommelier team at Byatt’s flagship restaurant Trinity.

Diners will be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted views of the River Thames. Guests can also enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace when the weather permits, while a bespoke private dining room with its own terrace is available to book.

"I’m delighted to be opening a third neighbourhood restaurant in south-west London," says Byatt. "Having lived in Fulham for several years during my early career, it is an exciting full-circle moment to be bringing Brasserie Constance to life within such a landmark destination. Fulham Pier offers the perfect setting to showcase the very best of British dining, surrounded by stunning views of the Thames. I look forward to welcoming guests to this new space in 2025."

The Fulham Pier development

Situated between Putney Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge, Fulham Pier will transform Fulham Football Club’s riverside stand into a multi-level hub of dining, culture and entertainment.

Spanning seven floors, Fulham Pier will feature a mix of restaurants and bars, a boutique hotel, a health spa, flexible event spaces and a dedicated cultural floor for live music, art exhibitions and immersive experiences.
