Pho launches bone broth dispenser in central London

Vietnamese street food restaurant Pho is serving complimentary takeaway cups of its signature bone broth at the brand's first-ever broth-dispensing billboard.

The bone-broth-dispensing billboard has been installed outside London’s Victoria train station. Guests will be handed a branded Pho cup which can be filled directly from the billboard, choosing from either beef or chicken bone broth, both of which are gluten-free. Once the revitalising hot broth has been poured, guests will also be handed a discount voucher to redeem in any Pho restaurant in January. The billboard was installed yesterday (14 January) with pop-up ending today (15 January).

Bone broth is said to have many health benefits, including reducing inflammation, improving deeper and more restorative sleep, promoting healthy digestion, supporting the immune system, assisting with weight management and boosting collagen.
