Prime by Pasture opening date confirmed

Chef and restaurateur Sam Elliott is set to expand his restaurant portfolio with the launch of Prime by Pasture in Bristol.
The new all-day dining venue will open on St Thomas Street in the heart of the city’s Redcliffe Quarter, with the opening date set for 9 June.
Building on the success of the Pasture Restaurants, Prime by Pasture will bring a fresh take on everyday dining—from expertly brewed coffee and stacked breakfasts in the morning, to indulgent burgers, signature sticky wings and thick shakes throughout the day.
The restaurant joins sister sites including Pasture Bristol, which opened in 2018, and Radius, which followed in 2022. Prime By Pasture will be Elliott's third Bristol venue. He also operates Pasture Cardiff (2020), along with Parallel and Nightshade (2023), and he opened Pasture's largest site to date in Birmingham last year.
Butchery and deli
Prime by Pasture Bristol will feature an on-site butchery and deli, allowing guests to enjoy top-quality beef both at the restaurant and at home. The butchery will offer Pasture steaks, house-made sausages, bacon and pork belly, while the deli will stock fresh ingredients and artisan products. A takeaway service will also be available, managed entirely in-house.
Elliott says of the upcoming launch: "We first announced that we would be bringing Prime by Pature to the city at the beginning of last year, but with the Birmingham opening to manage, plans got delayed. We're now thrilled to be putting our attention back onto Bristol, going full steam ahead with getting the doors to Prime by Pasture open as soon as possible."
