Sael dining terrace opens

As the weather heats up, Sael by Jason Atherton invites guests to enjoy a quintessential British dining experience outdoors on its terrace.

Located in the cultural heart of St. James, just moments from Piccadilly Circus, Sael’s terrace dining offers a new way to enjoy Atherton’s refined take on modern British woodfired cooking.

Dining at Sael

Since opening last year, Sael has established itself as a standout in Atherton’s restaurant portfolio, which also includes Pollen Street Social and City Social. Highlights of the à la carte menu include the Marmite English custard tart, British wagyu shawarma skewer and woodfired Orkney scallop with kimchi butter and chicken crumb, alongside starters like London burrata with grilled peas and mushroom XO.

Guests can also enjoy signature mains such as Shorthorn sirloin, Aberdeen Angus ribeye and beef and bone marrow pie, all crafted over woodfire for a rich, smoky depth. Further complementing the dining experience, Sael’s curated selection of British wines and brews is available on the terrace.
