The Pig announces Kevin Styles as CEO

The Pig Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Kevin Styles as its new CEO, effective from 21 July. 

Styles will succeed Tom Ross, who is stepping down to pursue new opportunities. Throughout his more than 12-year career at The Pig, Ross has supported the group's growth into a collection of nine award-winning boutique hotels and a pub, also shaping its sustainability strategy. 

Upon Styles' appointment as CEO, Ross will step up into a strategic advisory role to ensure a seamless transition.

"Kevin shares The Pig's values, commitment to authenticity and passion for exceptional hospitality and fostering unique guest experiences. Honest Burgers

Styles has more than 30 years of experience leading hospitality and lifestyle businesses across the UK and worldwide. Most recently, he served as CEO of Honest Burgers and has worked in senior leadership positions at several other businesses, including the Jamie Oliver Group. He has served as a non-executive director at The Pig since January. 

With Styles moving on, Honest Burgers' current CFO, Matt Brandon, will take the lead as CEO, with the group's recent announcement stating: "We are delighted to announce that Matt Brandon steps up from CFO to CEO, having previously acted as interim CEO last year, delivering the best commercial performance in the brand's history. We believe that Matt is best placed to lead Honest into our next phase of accelerated growth."
