The Beaumont Mayfair confirms Rosi opening date

The Beaumont Mayfair will unveil its new restaurant, Rosi, in September, with chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen appointed as culinary director.

Continuing in the new direction The Beaumont has taken since Stuart Procter joined as CEO, Rosi will offer a new interpretation of modern British dining, brought to life through Goodwin-Allen's signature cooking style.

As one of the UK's most celebrated chefs, Goodwin-Allen helped Northcote hold a Michelin star for over two decades. She is also the driving force behind Obsession, a prestigious gastronomic festival.

Rosi

Goodwin-Allen will work alongside executive chef Brendan Fyldes and recently appointed executive head chef Jozef Rgulski, who led the kitchen of The Game Bird at The Stafford London for eight years.

At Rosi, seasonal signature pies are designed to be showstoppers, joined by an Old-Fashioned Pork Pie that pays homage to traditional British favourites. Steaks feature standout cuts of English wagyu, Lake District beef and heritage Hereford herds.

Desserts will bring a touch of theatre, from flamed seasonal sponge with custard to a build-your-own custard. The Mayfair Millionaire's Tart is Goodwin-Allen's take on a beloved dish and a nod to the affluence of the restaurant's Mayfair location.

"I can't wait to open the doors to Rosi," says the chef. "It's been a joy to work with Stuart, Brendan and Jozef to help create my London home. Rosi is a restaurant where the menu is full of dishes you really want to eat, and the atmosphere is just as inviting. I hope Rosi will be embraced by Londoners, just as I have been."
