Piccolino unveils new Tower Bridge venue
Individual Restaurants-owned Italian restaurant brand Piccolino has opened a brand-new restaurant at Hilton London Tower Bridge.
The location marks a new chapter for the Italian restaurant as it enters the hotel sector for the first time in a landmark partnership with Hilton.
A homage to traditional Italian dining
Stepping inside, guests are greeted by warm, ambient lighting and a rich palette of earthy tones. At the heart of the restaurant is a dramatic wraparound bar, adorned in stone finishes. Terrazzo-style flooring is paired with plush velvet stools and seating, alongside wooden panelling on the main bar area as a nod to traditional Italian craftsmanship.
Outside, an alfresco terrace invites guests to enjoy a drink under the London skyline, offering soft lighting and earth-toned seating in the heart of the city.
On the menu, guests can expect to see Piccolino’s authentic Italian dishes. The location will feature the brand’s flagship menu, which promises a modern and luxurious twist on classic dishes.
To start, guests can find the Burrata Speciale, a trio of dishes including burrata con pesto and burrata con caviale, featuring Oscietra caviar paired with burrata, egg and red onion.
A highlight exclusive to the flagship menu is Piccolino’s handmade fresh pasta, including carbonara, the vegetarian Genovese and the decadent aragosta.
The dessert selection features modern twists on Italian classics, such as tiramisu and pistachio panna cotta.
The new restaurant will also introduce an exclusive breakfast menu, serving Italian twists on breakfast classics, alongside a full continental offering.
Aside from the food, the restaurant will also serve an extensive selection of hand-selected wines, specially curated cocktails and delicious soft drinks.
David Carroll, chief business officer at Individual Restaurants, comments: “This is an exciting new chapter in the brand evolution for Piccolino as we enter the hotel sector for the first time. This is reflected through the elegant interiors in this new venue, exuding an effortless luxury and giving a nod to traditional Italian restaurants through a modern lens that lends itself perfectly to city dining at such an iconic London landmark.”
