AA announces shortlist for Restaurant Team Award
Teams and individuals from across the UK have been shortlisted for the AA's Hosptiality Awards.
Recognising outstanding service, technical excellence and food and beverage expertise, finalists in the running for the Restaurant Team of the Year award include Brown's Hotel, London; Mauro Colagreco, London; and The Goring, London.
Operators from the venues will find out if they have won at the awards night, set to take place on 22 September at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London.

"From deeply embedded sustainability ethos to outstanding guest experiences, these individuals and establishments represent the best our industry has to offer. We look forward to celebrating their achievements at the awards ceremony next month."
What other awards are on offer?
Some of the other award shortlists include the AA Sustainable Award, AA Inn of the Year, AA Spa Hotel of the Year and AA Housekeeper of the Year.
In addition, this year marks the debut of the brand-new AA Rising Star Award, an award designed to recognise individuals in hospitality who demonstrate exceptional promise and potential in their field.
The nominees for this new award are Nataliia Maiseionok, Fischer's Baslow Hall, Derbyshire; Lily Ockendon, Boys Hall, Kent; and Cameron Baxter from Grantley Hall, North Yorkshire, which has just opened its own pub.
In total, the AA Hospitality Awards span 18 categories across UK hotels, guest accommodation, restaurants, spas and their dedicated teams.
