Bone Daddies debuts breakfast menu
Bone Daddies has entered the breakfast market, offering a Japanese-inspired morning menu from 7.30am daily exclusively at its Victoria site.
Rise and shine
The new Breakfast Ramen features Bone Daddies' housemade pork ramen broth, brown sugar bacon rashers, roasted tomato, mayu oil, half a soy egg, spring onion, bean sprouts and noodles, available to eat in or takeaway.
The menu also includes a line-up of breakfast bao, including Bacon & Egg with brown sugar bacon, fried egg, smashed tots cheese and spicy Korean ketchup; a Sausage & Egg option, featuring chicken fried spam, a fried egg, smashed tots, cheese and Buldak mayo; and a Hot Honey Chicken bun, featuring cornflake fried chicken, hot honey, fried egg, smashed tots, cheese and Korean mayo.
The offering continues with a dedicated tamagoyaki section – a traditional Japanese rolled egg breakfast omelette, with options including Hot Honey Chicken and Pork Pork Chilli. Sides such as Spam Fries and BD Breakfast Tots are also available.
Something to drink?
Rounding off mornings at Bone Daddies Victoria are the drinks, with the list including an iced Black Sesame Matcha Latte, Caramel Miso Latte and a housemade Yuzu Matcha Lemonade.
The menu has been developed in partnership with Tanish West, founder of Toast Hospitality, who also curates monthly ramen collaborations for the group. West was previously Bone Daddies' head of marketing for three years, before leaving to set up her own marketing agency with Toast.
