Motley Manchester seeks canine critic

Motley, the restaurant and bar located inside YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, is currently recruiting for a very unusual role: the city's first-ever dog food critic. 

The new appointment comes as the Motley chefs have produced a tried-and-tested menu sure to get tails wagging across Manchester. Four-legged friends who visit the restaurant can tuck into pork sausage, shredded chicken or beef meatballs, all smothered in gravy. 

Paws for thought

Applications are open now and simple to complete, with owners asked to send a photo of their dog via Motley's Instagram DMs. Every pooch that applies will be invited to sample the dishes, while their humans also enjoy discounted meals.

David Seed, Motley's general manager, comments: "We're proud to be a dog-friendly venue and want to give pet owners in Manchester somewhere for a tasty meal out that even their dogs can enjoy. Crafted by our head chef with plenty of input (and taste-testing) from Bear, his cockapoo. Now, it's over to Manchester's pups to try it out and let us know what they think."
