Pasta Evangelists arrives on New Oxford Street
Pasta Evangelists has officially opened a restaurant on New Oxford Street, with diners receiving free Prosecco with dine-in meals until the end of October.
The launch forms part of the group's plans to establish three new London sites between now and the end of the year, and marks the next step in a wider ambition to open 100 restaurants across the UK in the next five years.
Famous fresh pasta
The brand-new site serves the brand's signature pasta dishes, including Ragù alla Bolognese, Carbonara of Dreams, Beef Agnolotti and more. The Pasta Academy also offers classes at the new location, where guests can learn from in-house Italian chefs how to make fresh pasta dishes, from ravioli to tagliatelle.
The New Oxford Street restaurant will be closely followed by branches in Queensway and Chelsea this autumn.
Finn Lagun, co-founder and chief marketing officer for the group, comments: "Every new restaurant is an opportunity to share our passion for fresh, artisanal pasta with even more people across the UK. But, more than that, our restaurants are also about creating memorable experiences – from our pasta parties to our pasta-making courses. The best part is that these new restaurants will be with us just in time for our new Christmas menu that will feature some incredibly exciting new product development. Watch this space!"
