Turtle Bay launches new menu
Caribbean-inspired restaurant brand Turtle Bay will roll out a brand-new food and drink menu across all 50 locations on 9 October.
Developed by the group's chefs, including MasterChef winner Kezia Dior, the new menu celebrates flavour, warmth and the joy of sharing food.
Menu highlights
Alongside classics such as jerk chicken and slow-cooked curry goat, highlights include Trini Doubles – bara roti with spiced channa, cucumber chow and hot sauce; Tropical Burrata with grilled pineapple, mango and Trini-churri; Coconut Mussels, served in a coconut curry with fresh herbs and flatbread; Mango Fried Chicken – crispy thigh pieces with fresh mango and a choice of sauces; Charred Corn Ribs with mango mole and coconut and lime yoghurt; Bajan Pork with roasted pineapple and hot mango sauce; Whole Sea Bream with garlic butter, Trini-churri, lemon and thyme; and Whole Eggplant, chargrilled and loaded with smoky flavour.
Sides include rice and peas, garlic flatbreads, sweet plantain, creamed callaloo and black beans and grains.
The breakfast menu will be available from 10am, featuring roti wraps, rolled and grilled to order, and full Caribbean breakfasts loaded with plantain, avocado and spiced beans. Brunch will also be available until 5pm.
Additionally, Turtle Bay's Happy Hour has levelled up, with guests being able to enjoy 2-for-£13 cocktails all day, every day. The line-up features standout serves such as the Reggae Rum Punch (Wray & Nephew, sorrel, pomegranate and mango), the Jamaican Swizzle (Appleton Signature, mint, lime and bitters) and the Coffee Rumtini (dark rum, coffee liqueur and espresso)
"This is a new era for Turtle Bay," says marketing director Ben Hubbard. "Our new menu celebrates Caribbean soul, bold flavours, premium cocktails and true Caribbean hospitality. We can't wait to welcome guests like old friends and share food, drinks and music that really bring the islands to life."
