COMO The Halkin to host Giovanni Luca Di Pirro
COMO The Halkin in Belgravia will host an exclusive residency from chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro in November.
For seven nights only (6–8 and 11–14 November), Di Pirro will bring his culinary stylings from the Michelin-starred COMO Castello Del Nero in Tuscany to London.
The residency, Taste of COMO: Flavours of Tuscany, will feature both an à la carte and Chef's Tasting Menu, guided by the season's best produce. Di Pirro's cooking draws directly from Tuscan tradition, defined by provenance, flavour and technique.
Highlights include honey-caramelised guinea fowl with celeriac and apple, spaghetti with red prawns and Tuscan aglione, and a Guanaja chocolate crémeux with miso-caramel ice cream.
With dinner served from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, Taste of COMO offers a rare chance to experience one of Italy's most respected chefs in an intimate Belgravia setting.
