Register to attend the National Pizza Awards

Hospitality professionals are invited to register for the National Pizza Awards, which returns to London’s Big Penny Social on Tuesday, 4 November.

Now in its ninth year, the event will once again bring together some of the UK’s most talented pizzaiolos for a day of competitive pizza-making action. It is free to attend for chefs and operators across the restaurant, pub, bar, OOH and casual dining sectors.

The event will see 16 competitors take part in a series of rounds designed to test their pizza-making skills. The signature round will determine the National Pizza of the Year, while the technical challenge will see finalists create an original pizza using a selection of sponsor ingredients in a bid to be named Pizza Chef of the Year. The event will also feature the return of the Alternative Slice Award, which recognises excellence in plant-based and free-from pizza innovation.

Following a day of live cooking, the winners will be announced during an evening awards ceremony. Hospitality professionals keen to attend can register for free to secure their place at one of the industry’s most anticipated annual events.
