Ria's opens wine and pizza place in Soho
Ria’s - the Detroit-style pizza and natural wine bar - has opened its second restaurant in London's Soho.
Building on the success of the Notting Hill original, founders Ria and David Morgan-Ratcliffe say Soho was a natural next step for the business.
As well as signature Detroit-style slices, the new place will feauture an exclusive Soho slice and an 'intimate wine cave'.
“We’ve taken everything we’ve learned, refined it, and built something that feels like a confident evolution of the brand,” says Ria. “Expect the same signature style, energy, and experience - just a bit more polish. We’ve grown, learned, and fine-tuned, and this new site reflects that evolution.”
Wine time
A curated list of natural wines will be available by the glass or bottle. There will be chillable reds, oranges and pink pét-nats from small, independent producers. The drinks offering also includes bottled beer and a small cocktail list.
The 38-cover Soho site spans two floors, with an open service kitchen on the ground floor and a bit of outdoor seating for good measure.
Ria’s is the vision of husband-and-wife duo David and Ria Morgan-Ratcliffe, who left careers in finance and tech to pursue their shared drive to take on an adventure in hospitality to curate casual dining experiences in homely settings.
