Four concepts to open within The Hoxton Dublin

Four new concepts will soon open on Exchequer Street in Dublin, as The Hoxton hotel brand prepares to open in the Irish capital. 

At the heart of the building sits Cantina Valentina, a bright, Peruvian-inspired restaurant that channels the spirit of Lima’s picanterías, the family-run canteens known for flavourful food and big hospitality. 

Next door, deli/cafe Dollars brings will serve coffee, deli sandwiches, soups and salads until the late afternoon, with an evening wine bar opening soon. 

Upstairs, The Library Bar makes a return. Once again one of the city’s most inviting hideaways, it keeps the charm of the original, featuring open fires, timber panelling and vintage furniture. The refurbishment sees the arrival of a marble-topped bar and soft, contemporary lighting. 

And hidden below street level, Groundwork will open early next year as The Hoxton’s first-ever nightclub. Carrying forward the building’s long-standing legacy of late-night culture, the business says it promises an inclusive, energetic addition to Dublin’s nightlife scene, working closely with local music talent to shape its programming.
