Pizza Pilgrims to open in King's Cross
After a milestone year of regional launches, a new cookbook and selling to a majority stake to Italian restaurant group L'Osteria, Pizza Pilgrims is set to open another London venue.
A brand-new pizzeria is opening in King’s Cross at the beginning of December, while the very first Pizza Pilgrims in Soho is reopening after a full-scale revamp.
Opening to the public on 8 December, the 92-cover King’s Cross restaurant brings a slice of Naples to N1 with a two-floor space that blends Neapolitan charm and retro disco vibes.
The Soho original reopens the next day on 9 December, with an expanded dining area and a playful redesign inspired by the brothers/founders James and Thom Elliot's journeys through Italy, complete with a new train carriage booth downstairs.
Both restaurants will continue to serve the National Pizza Awards finalist's signature Neapolitan-style pizzas, made from a 72-hour double-fermented dough.
