Padella heading to Soho for its third site
Tim Siadatan and Jordan Frieda will bring their pasta concept Padella to the heart of London’s West End in spring 2026.
Ten years after opening the doors to Padella in Borough Market, the Soho opening is the brand's third site, joining Padella Shoreditch, which opened in 2020.
It is the second concept from the duo, who first co-founded Trullo in Highbury & Islington in 2010.
At the new Kingly Street site, guests can expect Padella’s signature dishes, including Pici Cacio e Pepe and Pappardelle with Beef Shin Ragu, alongside new recipes.
Spread across two floors, warm wood, formica and chrome will set an upbeat tone on the ground floor, but downstairs will feature a more refined mood: a bar and dining room that pays homage to the 1960s lounges once scattered across Soho. The restaurant will have 80 covers in total.
"We have always felt the energy of Soho was a perfect fit for Padella, and we’ve spent a long time looking for the right space," say Siadatan and Frieda. "Bringing our fresh pasta to Kingly Street is something we are both incredibly excited about, and we hope it becomes a place where people can drop in for a quick plate or settle in for a long evening."
