Dumbo and Rita's collab on new menu

Dumbo, the Paris-born smash burger brand, has announced its first major UK collaboration.

A limited-time special menu will launch on Sunday 1 February with Soho restaurant Rita’s, created with chef and co-founder Gabriel Pryce and mixologist and co-founder Missy Flynn.

The partnership will debut an exclusive one-day menu combining Rita’s and Dumbo's signature styles to create a unique menu celebrating the best of both brands.

Pryce will unveil a signature Rita’s x Dumbo burger, while Flynn will deliver Rita’s signature Gilda Martinis to be served alongside.

“This is our first partnership with another restaurant in London, and doing it with Rita’s felt like a natural fit,” say Dumbo founders Charles Ganem and Samuel Nataf.

Rita’s has taken inspiration from New Mexico’s green chile cheeseburgers, taking the classic Dumbo smashburger and loading it with a smoky chopped green chile salsa made from fire-roasted green chiles and confit garlic, served alongside French fries tossed in Rita’s signature Wrong Way barbecue rub.

This exclusive Sunday menu will support the collaboration, with dishes served until they sell out. For those unable to secure a table on the Sunday, the burger will also be offered as a lunch special at both Rita’s and Dumbo in Shoreditch, available for one week only.
