New exec head chef at The Cumberland Hotel

The Cumberland Hotel, owned by the Clermont Hotel Group, has announced the appointment of Stirling Webb as executive head chef.

At The Cumberland Hotel, Webb (pictured) will take overall responsibility for the hotel’s culinary strategy and delivery. This includes Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London, opening 2April 2026, Lírica, the hotel’s Spanish tapas restaurant, and the meetings and events operation.

Webb brings over 20 years of experience from across luxury restaurants and five-star hospitality in the UK, including roles at the InterContinental London Park Lane, Park Plaza London Waterloo and The Trafalgar St. James London, Curio Collection by Hilton.
