Rosa's Thai sales push past £50m
Arcturus Group brand Rosa’s Thai has revealed its latest financial results for the year ending 30 March 2025.
Through Spice Holdings Limited, the brand posted an adjusted EBITDA of £4.5m on sales up 7.3% to £51.4m. The group opened six restaurants during the period, taking Rosa's to a total of 47 restaurants.
Since the period end Rosa’s Thai has also finalised the selection of a new banking partner, agreeing a new £10.75m debt facility with OakNorth. This will support the on-going expansion of the business, which was founded by husband-and-wife team Alex and Saiphin Moore just over a decade ago.
"Against the backdrop of a challenging environment for the restaurant market, we are incredibly proud of the progress the business has made in this financial year and the intervening period since," says Rosa’s Thai CEO Sarah Hills. "Our teams have continued to welcome guests with the warm, inviting experiences that Rosa’s is known for, while delivering strong sales growth and expanding our footprint across the UK and internationally. Extending our presence in the UAE reflects the strength of our brand and the dedication of our people."
Rosa's says that dine-in sales through the rest of 2025 and into 2026 continue to outperform the market, with strong like-for-like sales growth, particularly outside of London where the business has been focusing on building brand awareness.
