Brava continues with Pronto rollout

Brava Hospitality Group, the operator behind Prezzo Italian and Jamie’s Italian, is continuing its rollout of its new QSR brand, Pronto Pasta.

The brand, which CEO James Brown spoke about with Dine Out in January, is now available in over 80 Prezzo Italian locations.

Launched in March 2026, Pronto Pasta was originally tested in eleven locations. Since then, the brand has expanded at pace across the UK, operating out of a virtual kitchen from Prezzo Italian sites.

Developed for the lunchtime market, Pronto Pasta offers pasta dishes designed for people who want something quick in the middle of the day.

At a lower price point and casual delivery-only offering, Brava says Pronto Pasta targets a younger audience, saying 69% of Gen Z report they use food delivery apps regularly, ordering an average of 4.5 times per month.

"Pronto Pasta has quickly become another jewel in our portfolio of well-loved brands," says Brown. "From only launching a few months ago to having a major presence in the highly competitive virtual kitchen market, its impressive success demonstrates just how strong the demand is for great quality lunches that don’t compromise on flavour.

"We wanted to find a way for customers to be able to enjoy familiar dishes from a trusted brand at a lower price point – especially during the busiest moments of the day, whether that’s for lunch or a late-night bite. Its launch expands our remit into a new market filled with opportunity and I’m excited to see its continued growth."
