Wagamama hits the road

TRGC, the former travel hub arm of The Restaurant Group, has announced the opening of two new wagamama restaurants within motorway services. 

The new restaurants will open at Extra MSA’s Beaconsfield Services (M40 J2) and Cobham Services (M25, J9 / J10), marking the brand’s debut service station sites.

An opening at Birmingham Airport is also scheduled for this summer.

The motorways announcement follows the recent launch of wagamama ‘on the move’ at Heathrow Terminal 5, TRGC's grab-and-go concept developed specifically for modern airport travel.

It also comes as TRGC prepares to join Areas from The Restaurant Group. As part of Areas, TRGC will continue to operate and expand the wagamama brand across UK travel hubs.
