Alba London launches 10-seat omakase

Alba London, the Amalfi Coast-inspired restaurant overlooking Harrods, will launch a new Japanese concept via a 10-seat omakase counter.

The offer, which arrives in September, is complemented by a daily Japanese a la carte menu, set along the left of its dining room.

The counter is overseen by chef Dmytro Pak, who joins Alba from UNI Paris' Japanese kitchen. He will be serving hand-selected uni, otoro, caviar and the day's finest catch, course by course, in the omakase tradition.

Reflecting that custom, the omakase counter will offer a single nightly seating, dinner only, at 7.30pm. Guests will be able to choose between two chef-curated tasting menus: a nine-course omakase and an extended 12-course expression of the chef’s selection.

For a more flexible visit, a Japanese a la carte menu is served daily.
