Fridays reveals new festive menu
Fridays has unveiled a new festive menu for guests to enjoy this Christmas season.
The new set menu is full of Yuletide classics with a Fridays twist, such as pigs in blankets coated in Fridays® Legendary Glaze and served on a bed of garlic mash, and the new Fridays festive turkey and cranberry burger – crispy buttermilk turkey with cranberry glaze, Monterey Jack cheese, topped with pigs and blankets and served with house fries.
Dessert offerings have also had a Christmas makeover, including the Fridays chocolate brownie with tangy orange sorbet, the Black Forest sundae with chocolate brownie pieces and cherry compote layered throughout, or the New York styule vanilla cheesecake.
The brand has also put together a selection of Christmas cocktails, such as the Baileys Chocolate Orange Martini topped with sprinkles of chocolate flake, the Merry Martini made with Grey Goose vodka and Licor43 shaken with cranberry juice, and the Fizzmas Sparkle, a berry liquer topped with prosecco and raspberries. The menu is available from 16 November to 26 December at Fridays restaurants across the UK. The three course menu starts from £26.95, with vegan and vegetarian options available.
