Zizzi celebrates 25th birthday

A popular Italian-inspired restaurant chain celebrates its 25th birthday today (17 April), marking the occasion by gifting guests a slice of Zillionaire's Fudge Cake on the house. 

The Azzurri Group-owned brand Zizzi made its debut in Chiswick a quarter of a century ago. In business since 1999, the brand has since grown to over 130 restaurants nationwide.

Earlier this month, Zizzi also launched its new spring menu, offering 17 new dishes, four spring specials and four brand-new cocktails and mocktails.

'Celebrating milestones'

Katy Lomax, chief marketing officer at Zizzi, comments: "At Zizzi, we are all about celebrating milestones and rewarding our loyal customers. We look forward to welcoming all our diners to celebrate our special day with a slice of our delicious and iconic Zillionaire's Fudge Cake."

Gzim Dana, who has been general manager of the Chiswick restaurant since its launch, adds: "I love working at Zizzi, building relationships with customers and staff. I've seen 25 years of great times, excellent food and memories made – the new spring menu has gone down a treat with customers. We look forward to welcoming all customers on Wednesday (17 April) to celebrate with us."
