AA Rosette award winners revealed

The AA announced its Rosette Award winners in a virtual ceremony today (27 October), recognising restaurants across the UK that have achieved the highest culinary standards. 

Three restaurants have been awarded four AA Rosettes, with a further 16 earning three AA Rosettes.

Among those that earned four of the awards are Forest Side (Grasmere, Cumbria), Mana (Manchester) and Tuddenham Mill (Newmarket, Suffolk); while those awarded three inlude Gordon Ramsay's Pétrus (London), new Glaswegian dining destination UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers (Glasgow) and French bistro L'Ortolan (Shinfield, Berkshire).

Establishments with three AA Rosettes are deemed outstanding, achieving standards that demand national recognition well beyond their local area, whole those awarded four are considered among the best in the country. 

"As the hospitality sector reopens after a challenging year," said Simon Numphud, managing director at AA Media, "it is an honour to be able to recognise those restaurants achieving the highest levels of gastronomic excellence. All 2021 Rosette winners deserve to be celebrated, with each one demonstrating the exceptional culinary standards being offered to diners across the country."
