Bone Daddies announces two new London sites

London-based ramen brand Bone Daddies has confirmed plans to launch two more sites in the capital this year.

The first venue, opening in August in High Street Kensington, will be a relaunch of Flesh & Buns under the Bone Daddies brand. The second will follow at the old Eurostar terminal at Waterloo station this October, as part of The Sidings development project.

Both new sites comprise (approx) 120 covers, with the new High Street Kensington and Waterloo restaurants bringing the Bone Daddies Group estate to a total of nine venues. The brand's existing ramen bars reside in Soho, Bermondsey, Victoria, Bond Street, Old Street, Richmond and Putney, on top of a delivery arm operated by Deliveroo. The group also houses Flesh & Buns and Shackfuyu under the Bone Daddies Group umbrella brand.

This year, Bone Daddies celebrates 10 years since its first opening on Peter Street in Soho with a rolling monthly ramen collab series, which has thus far included DEYA Brewery, Mamma Pastrama and New York ramen legend Ivan Ramen. Tom Moxon, who was head chef at the very first restaurant launch in 2012 and rejoined the group at the beginning of this year following a sabbatical, and will oversee the menu at the new sites.

Ahead of the new openings, Bone Daddies' founder Demetri Tomazos comments: "We have been busy behind the scenes and are now very excited to announce the launch of a further two sites for the Bone Daddies family.

"We originally launched the High Street Kensington site as Flesh & Buns earlier this year, but it became clear to us early on that our west London customers missed Bone Daddies, after we left the site in Whole Foods during the pandemic, so we've taken the decision to flip the site over to Bone Daddies next month.

"The second is within the new Waterloo station development, so Londoners and those visiting the capital will be able to get their ramn fix as they go about their travels, due to launch in October.

"This takes our Bone Daddies ramen bars up to nine within the group. Perhaps we will look to open a number 10 to round off our 10 year anniversary... watch this space!"
