Bone Daddies to serve US-inspired bao

Following on from it successful partnership with Black Bear Burger this month, Bone Daddies has announced its collaboration for July will be with Passyunk Avenue.

The Philadelphia food specialists have created the Philly Cheese Bao with Bone Daddies, which will be available in-restaurant only at all Bone Daddies sites from 4-31 July.

The special bao comprises rib eye beef with provolone, white onions, red pickled onions, carrot pickle, Korean mayo, Passyunk Avenue's homemade Cheez Whiz and Bone Daddies cock scratchings, inside a fluffy bun

It is priced at £5, with a bun and beer deal, featuring Passyunk Pale Ale, also available for £9. 

This collaboration is part of an ongoing series of Bone Daddies partnerships with some of London's most exciting independent restaurants, bringing unique specials to Bone Daddies sites exclusively for one month.

The limited-edition bao sits alongside Bone Daddies' menu of ramen, including the T22 to the vegan 'Notkotsu', as well as a new milo soft serve ice cream cone for dessert.
