Wagamama coming to Bentley Bridge in Wolverhampton

One of the UK's largest managed group operators is preparing to launch a new restaurant in Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton, on 5 February.

The Restaurant Group will open its latest branch under the Wagamama brand umbrella at Bentley Bridge Leisure Park. The venue will offer 154 covers, creating 67 new jobs in the area and growing the operator's estate to 160 nationwide.

Wagamama's new restaurant will offer the group's recently launched Korean-inspired menu, including hot pots, vegan K-dogs, gochujang rice bowls, rotis and chouxnuts.

New for Veganuary, the venue will also offer the brand's latest plant-based dish – the limited-edition lion's mane 'steak' bulgogi

Ahead of the official opening, the restaurant will run two days of exclusive preview events, allowing locals to book in for a meal on Wagamama.

Milly Pearson, the group's regional marketing manager for the north, comments: "We are so excited to open the doors to our brand-new restaurant in Wolverhampton. Our benches will soon be welcoming the local community and visitors to the shopping destination and we can't wait to serve up our newest menu launch and fresh favourites.

"Our fantastic new team have been working hard to ensure we'll bring our much loved Wagamama experience to our guests and they're so excited to land in their beautiful new restaurant once work is complete."
