Crust Bros to open third site in Balham

London-based pizza company Crust Bros are preparing to open a third site on Hildreth Street in Balham early next year. 

The launch follows the success of the brand's first venue in Waterloo, which opened in 2017, with the second site launching this July at Sambrook's Brewery Tap in Wandsworth. 

The 35-cover restaurant will serve popular Crust Bros creations, including classic Neapolitan pizzas, as well as its signature personalised menu which encompasses a range of sauces and toppings for customers to select as they wish. Those who like to dine al fresco will be able to make use of the site's 16-seater heated outdoor terrace. 

Consistency is key for Crust Bros pizzas, with bases made from scratch using 00 flour, fresh yeast and 48 hour-proved dough. Toppings draw on high-quality ingredients from both Italy and the UK, from San Marzano tomatoes and Neapolitan mozzarella, to salami and Calabrian 'nduja, with the whole thing then baked in a Neapolitan oven at 500 degrees. 

Founder and managing director Joe Moore said of the launch: "Balham is somewhere we've wanted to come for ages. Hildreth Street is one of those magical streets, it feels like a real hidden gem, right in the centre of vibrant Balham. We love the community vibe here, with a local crowd of foodies. We can't wait to open!"
