Bistrot Pierre-linked brand to debut in Newport

A new all-day dining venue coming to Newport's Friars Walk on 2 May, making its debut in the shopping centre on Usk Plaza and bringing new jobs to the city centre. 

Pierre's will offer a menu of coffee, cocktails, small plates and sharing dishes. It is linked to national restaurant brand Bistrot Pierre and marks its return to the Welsh city, following a two-year hiatus. 

The restaurant's all-day offering starts with breakfast at 9am, including a traditional full English, croissant 'French toast' or avocado toast. Later in the day, delicious bites include a 7oz prime British beef burger, chicken Caesar salad and the classic steak-frites. 

Boosting the local economy

Pierre's is currently recruiting for several positions, including kitchen manager, chef de partie, kitchen porter and duty manager, as well as waiting team opportunities. Training will be provided for all positions.
