CBH Hospitality announces first venture in Dubai
CBH Hospitality has confirmed its upcoming debut in Dubai, bringing London favourite Duck & Waffle to the city in November.
The concept will take over a new 10,000 sq ft space in DIFC. Blending modern British and American cuisine, Duck & Waffle will bring its playful take on comfort food and inventive cocktails to diners in Dubai.
At the heart of the concept is its signature dish: the world-famous Duck & Waffle, which has sold over two million dishes globally and counting. It features a crispy duck leg confit, fried duck egg and mustard maple syrup. Other options include Foie Gras Crème Brûlée, the Spicy Ox Cheek Doughnut and a Whole Roasted Chicken with ratte potatoes, wild mushrooms and truffle. Head chef Jeremy Besson will oversee the Dubai kitchen, known for his tenure with chef Daniel Boulud.
Duck & Waffle Dubai will welcome guests for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and late-night dining. The restaurant will feature a special after-hours menu, available until late.

Duck & Waffle Dubai will be led by CBH Hospitality Group, helmed by CEO Hadi Aknin and his partner Berton Grup. Aknin, who most recently ran the famed private members club Annabel's in London, previously served as director of operations at Duck & Waffle in London, forging a uniquely personal relationship with the restaurant brand.
CBH plans to maintain the restaurant's essence while enhancing its appeal to a new audience. Aknin says of the upcoming launch: "We are honoured to introduce Duck & Waffle to the Middle East. While we're committed to upholding the original tenants of what makes Duck & Waffle such a brilliant and unique brand, we're equally excited to shape its distinct presence in Dubai, taking it to new heights."
