Noisy Oyster coming to Shoreditch next year

The team behind Soho restaurant and wine bar Firebird will launch their next project, Noisy Oyster, in Shoreditch in spring.

A fresh take on the seafood bistro, Noisy Oyster will merge seafood with innovative martinis and a distinctive design aesthetic.

Set within the historic Norton Folgate development, the restaurant will have space for 50 diners. Crafted by Harry Nuriev, a New York- and Paris-based artist and founder and creative director of Crosby Studios, the interior will showcase raw materials like wood, concrete and stainless steel, with playful, unconventional elements inspired by the martini.

The menu

The offering will feature sustainably sourced seafood, including local oysters, crudo and classic whole fish dishes. Dishes will be complemented by an elevated cocktail selection, including signature mini martinis.

Co-founders Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina say of the upcoming launch: “We have always felt inspired by the creative scene in Shoreditch, and with Noisy Oyster, we have combined our passion for creating exciting culinary experiences with our love for art, fashion and design. We are so excited to bring this concept to the East London community and to be able to be a part of the culinary evolution happening here.”
